Driving 50mA coil Relay with 555 ckt

Hi,

I need a ckt that will start 3 timer ckts at the same time. the first 2 ckts will drive relays for different amounts of time. The 3rd will run few seconds longer and when done will reset all 3 ckts. I do not want to POP 555 outputs which will run at 5 to 12 VDC upto 300mA.

Could someone please provide info on how to use transistors to 555 outputs to prevent 555 output burnouts.
