CMOS monostables and astables

I have a lot of the 4000 series CMOS, and want to make a monostable trigger an astable using just one chip. The 4093, 4011 and 4001 are all possibilities, but 4093 uses less gates for the same result than the others, I think.
Any circuit suggestions? Thanks
