Transformer output

Would it be safe to do the following, On a transformer with 2 output of 35V each take 35V from one output winding 35V from the second output winding and then combine both windings for a 70v output give three output of
35V and 35V and 70V. Or would it be safer to use another transformer for the two 35V outputs.
