Using two 555 to create a biphasic pulse generator

Hi,
I need to creat a biphasic pulse generator. I need it to that one phase immediately follows the next phase, both have the same pulse duration but they can be variable and I need a variable pulse interval. I am can use op-amps to invert signals. But can anyone give me an ideal on how to mix the timers together. Here is the way the pulse looks:
