5Vdc / 4A

the power supply is nice. i got the 5vdc output. but when i tested to my circuit, it just lit on for a seconds the led and shut off. actually my circuits needs 5vdc/4A. but the supply is only 1A. what im suppose to do to drive the power supply to my circuit. pls help me..tnx again!!
