Bistable Latch

The Cmos 4013 daul D type flip-flop can be connected to make a toggle latch circuit. The complimenty output (notQ) is fed back to to D input. With a switch connected to the clock (CK) input, the output (Q) should switch states with each successive operation of the switch. There are also 2 other inputs, the set(S) and reset(R) which are connected to 0v/ground. For greater output current (driving a relay) the output should be connected via a transistor such as BC337.
