Samsung SLK407W Digital Television

Does anyone know how to fix this television? The problem is that there is a double image on all vertical lines. The side of faces, poles, sides of cars, etc. Everything vertical has a second image directly next to it. It does not matter...cable tv, dvd, vcr, etc. I have tried to do the menu options, and fine tunning, etc. but nothing seems to work. Such a pain! Any advice would be appreciated.
