Component GURU needed

I found a destroyed component on a hirschmann auta 6000EL. (mercedes auto antenna)

I bow down to anyone who can identify this component. (MIT grad!)

I believe it was a ceramic capacitor. About the size of a bb, it was white with a green stripe. 9.5nF??? The only markings left are PH W955.
