Need Timer circuit.

Hi there. I am new to electronics. Very new. I need to build a simple (?) timer circuit that would run permanantly and close a reed relay momentarilly, say four times every day. It would need to be fairly small to fit in a tiny space. Can anyone advise me on the way to do this. If I could run it and leave it on, not having to keep closing a switch, then that would be okay. I do need your help. Thanks. Walt.
